Spring For A Cup!

It's been a long winter- and we could all use a little pick me up. I can't wait to wake up on a weekend morning and be able to enjoy a hot cup of coffee outside on the patio, with the cool breeze and nature surounding me.

We are offering a new coffee from Panama with a medium body and hints of tropical fruit. It is truly a

delight!

Wishing everyone a Happy Spring, and "Cheers" to spending more time outdoors!

Taste it...

People have been asking us "how do I know what bean I would like?" Our answer is, it depends on your taste.

{via}

On a regional scale, coffee typically is lighter tasting, but has more floral notes from the south and central American region.  These coffees are like teas; smooth, light, tasty.

On the other hand, coffees from India and Asia regions are much like fine wines; very rich in taste, bold notes, some have hints of carmel.

We do have to say that these regions are what needs to be focused on to narrow your search. Each individual bean from these regions all have a unique taste.

Always feel free to call or email us for specific question.

New Coffee Beans!

Happy Monday everyone,

We wanted to let everyone know that we've gotten two more coffee beans.  Both are on the website and ready to be roasted up when ordered.
{via}

* El Salvador SHG Los Luchadores Pacamara
(Light Roast, sweet peach, bright, lively, watermelon notes and great balance)
*Honduran SHG Los Portillos Cup of Excellence
(Medium Roast, creamy, silky smooth, full body, hints of orange, pineapple and chocolate. Pleasant aftertaste with a sweet spice,molasses finish)

We tried both coffees, they are very very robust in taste.  If you love coffee you sure will love these.
